Why Are We ?

Effective Answers Pty. Ltd. exists for several reasons :

Frequently people in government, the community and business need local social assistance on issues encountered or opportunities presented.

Government contains many large scale, macro social policies but few cater to local situations where there are a lot of variables.

Goverment often has policy gaps because it is not totally aware of specific social needs in the community.

At local level people need a combination of resources to find the answer they need; no one agency in government provides that service.

Government often cannot provide social answers without considering its vested interests (eg obligation to contribute resources) and confusion sometimes results when it attempts direct community intervention.

Both people and government need articulate expression of needs and answers to issues.

There is a satisfaction to creating agreed and effective answers in the community.

There is a satisfaction to achieving success at a local level.
